Linda Armyn

Linda Armyn has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of FourLeaf Federal Credit Union (formerly Bethpage Federal Credit Union) since August 2023. As the fifth and first female CEO of the organization, she is a dynamic and highly respected leader both on Long Island and in the credit union industry. Linda has played a central role in FourLeaf’s strategic growth and rebranding, including leading the transformation from Bethpage to FourLeaf in 2025. This rebranding reflects the credit union’s expanding presence across New York and the Tri-State area, with the name “FourLeaf” symbolizing its commitment to community, prosperity, innovation, and purpose. The new logo—two intertwined infinity symbols—represents infinite possibilities for members and the communities they serve.

Linda originally joined Bethpage in 2001, overseeing Corporate Strategy, Business and Community Development, Charitable Giving, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Crisis Planning, and Government Relations. Under her leadership, the credit union grew from $1.1 billion to over $13 billion in assets. She played a pivotal role in two major mergers that led to the organization’s open charter in 2016. Today, FourLeaf operates 37 branches, employs over 800 people, and serves more than 440,000 members with a satisfaction rating exceeding 85%. Her community-focused vision also led to the launch of FourLeaf Cares, a philanthropic initiative that contributes over $2 million annually to communities of modest means and donates 6,000 employee volunteer hours each year.

Among Linda’s most visible initiatives is the annual FourLeaf Air Show at Jones Beach, which she helped brand through a partnership with the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation. This Memorial Day weekend event, the largest public gathering on Long Island, draws nearly 400,000 attendees. She also spearheaded the FourLeaf Turkey Drive, providing tens of thousands of Thanksgiving meals through Island Harvest. Most recently, Linda launched Money Like A Woman, a bold movement and digital platform inspired by the collaborative mindset of women. Designed to empower women in business while remaining accessible to all, this initiative will debut new tools and programs throughout 2025.

In addition to her professional leadership, Linda is deeply engaged in regional development and civic service. She was appointed by Governor Hochul to Co-Chair the Long Island Regional Economic Development Council, serves as a member of the NYS Parks Commission on Long Island, and is Vice Chair of the Stony Brook University President’s Council. She also holds positions on several nonprofit and national trade association committees, and has been honored by numerous organizations for her contributions to the community and the credit union movement.
