Christopher Hahn

Christopher Hahn is a highly sought-after progressive pundit, radio host, political consultant, and attorney based in New York. A veteran of more than 1,000 national television appearances, he has shared his insights on political, pop culture, and public policy topics across major media platforms. His popular radio show airs on Long Island and in West Palm Beach, Florida, every Sunday night from 6–8 p.m. Christopher served as an On-Air Contributor for Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network during the 2012 election and continues to appear regularly on national cable news and radio programs.

Christopher honed his expertise in public policy during his five years as a senior aide to U.S. Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY). In that role, he was responsible for handling post-9/11 Homeland Security activities, domestic policy issues, federal environmental concerns, and economic development. He coordinated inter-agency initiatives across regional, federal, state, and local levels.

As Chief Deputy County Executive for Nassau County under County Executive Thomas Suozzi, Christopher was the senior appointed official, responsible for overseeing the daily administration, operations, and communications of county government. Nassau County operated with a $2.6 billion budget, 8,700 employees, and 47 departments. His duties included managing the legislative agenda, overseeing contracts and personnel, coordinating with government officials, handling press relations, and preparing and managing the county’s budget. Appointed at the age of 33, Christopher became the youngest person in Nassau County history to hold that position.

He later served as President and CEO of United Way of Long Island, where he led operational management, fundraising, and strategic planning. Under his leadership, the organization transitioned to the national Community Impact Model and launched several new initiatives. Currently, Christopher leads External Affairs for PSEG Long Island.

Outside of his professional career, Christopher is an avid runner, triathlete, and accomplished improv comic. He earned his B.A. from the University at Albany and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. He resides on Long Island with his wife Kara and their two daughters.
